During research years it was established that the maximum nitrogen dosage N60+30 does possible the use of grain on brewing aim on the high background of phosphate and potash fertilizers application in dosage P60K120. In 2003 in the conditions of drying vegetative period the N60+30 application on the P40K90 background did not allow to get grain with possible albumen content for brewing process. Thus on the podzol and light loam soil with heightened humus, phosphorus, potassium content the high yield of brewing barley with possible albumen content provides the fertilizers application in dosage N60+30P40K90
