Analysis of anamnestic, epizootological, veterinary data showed that the following reasons caused high percentage of BLV infection: mass animals delivery from the adverse regions of the former USSR without the serum diagnostics; mass application of hemotherapy; breaking of asepsis and antisepsis regulations. Optimal dates for carrying out the diagnostic researches were determined. Anti-leucosis measures made it possible to liquidate the BLV infection in 90% of Belarusian enterprises
