Influence of fertilization on chemical composition of hay in the natural high-mountain grasslands

The experiment was settled at the mountain Jacupica (The Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia) at the altitude of 1850 m a.s.l. on the soil type ranker. The reaction of the soil solution (pH) in KCL was 3.78 (0-20) and 3.92 (20-40), at the plant association of Poetum violaceae. The following variants were investigated: unfertilized variant (control), 5 variants with the fertilization treatment of N30, N50 and N80, calcification until the neutral reaction and manure in the quantity of 20 t/ha, and two variants with sowing of Trifolium repens and Lotus corniculatus.
