The effect of pea bacterization on the length of the above ground part of the plant and microbiological activity of soil

In this research the impact of inoculation of two varieties of peas was explored, and their influence on the length of aboveground part of the plant, definitive number of microorganisms, number of actinomycetes and number of fungi in rhizospheric soil. The variants of experiment are following: 1. Rhizobium leguminosarum bv. viciae (mixture of D1 nd 26G strains in relation 1:1, chosen as Hup+ strains). 2. The mixture of Rhizobium leguminosarum bv. viciae (D1 and 26G) and actinomycetes (5, 7, 9K) in relation 1:1. 3. Control variant without inoculation. In the butonization phase, treatments did not presented their influence on the length of the plant. In technological phase, all microbiological options had important influence on increasing the length of the plant of the Jof variety, and more important influence had third variant in Tamis variety. Total number of soil microorganisms was largest in control variant of Tamis variety. Treatments did not presented statistically significant influence on number of actinomycetes.
