Effect of disinfection with Hibideks and Hlorocet in a microbiological laboratory

In this study a research on efficiency of two main commercial disinfectans with similar compositions for disinfecting laboratory assistants hands, working surface and door handles in microbiology laboratory was carried out. Before and after any disinfection has been done, swabs were taken and planted on blood agar. Evaluation of efficiency has been done by identification of bacteria, yeasts and total number of bacteria.
