In our country, sage natural habitats are limestone mountains in Montenegro and many locations in eastern Serbia including Sicevo canyon. It could be successfully planted at whole territory of Serbia. At plantation production, this plant is attacked by several bio agents. Domestic literature sources are poor concerning this topic, and all related findings are important. Biotest was conducted at production areas of the Institute for Medicinal Plant Research Dr Josif Pancic, near town of Pancevo. Presence of arthropod species during vegetation period is reviewed in this paper. Arthropods from classes of Insecta and Archnida were present at overground level of sage plants. Significant damages could be caused by Aphis gossypi, which is present during whole vegetation period of sage, and by Longitarsus obliteratus and Casida nebulosa, when pest populations are over reproduced.
