Ecotourism in villages (in mountains) as a program element for upgrading of life in Stara Planina mountain [Serbia]

What Serbia Government should do to stop disappearance of natural and human developing potential of Stara Planina, and what it should do to stimulate development of this great area that is hearth of central mountain of Balkan region. State is holding on to great obligation to make the program of resurrection of economy at territory of Stara Planina mountain. This area has been extreminated for ten years with negative activity both economically and demographically causing villages to die, destroying herds and schools. All life juices of the mountain are gone, and mountain has no strength on its own. Developing stimulation are needed. Association for improvement and developing of Etno-park Stara Planina Ecoman Duce is suggesting concrete law measures within credit policy area, health protection, education, tourism, hunting and fish-hunting, and trading. Report are presenting results of many years work on science project under title Conceptions basis of investitional policy on close border Yugoslavian territory, also as a results of work EKOMAN WORKSHOP on assignment of revitalization of architectional-urbanism inheritance of Temske and Zavoj.
