Inglés. In this works we report the results of our research about alimentary education, done in the II and III classes of a scientific school. Before the course we gave to the students two multiple choice tests. About the food hygiene the student were well prepared, but they were not so keen on nutrition. After the texts, we gave some lessons, and, after that, we made this work which can explain clearly if some doubts arise. This work (which contains all the answers to questions with some explanations) will be received by all the students at the end of the course we are now holding
Mostrar más [+] Menos [-]Italiano. Il presente lavoro raccoglie i risultati di un programma di educazione alimentare svolto presso le classi II e III di un liceo scientifico. Due questionari a risposta multipla sono stati somministrati agli alunni prima del corso. Si è notata una preparazione sufficiente per alcune domande di igiene degli alimenti e discreta sulla nutrizione. Il lavoro rappresenta un testo per chiarire i dubbi rimasti dopo le lezioni che hanno seguito la somministrazione dei questionari. Esso sarà fornito ai ragazzi a completamento del nuovo ciclo di lezioni attualmente in corso e contiene le risposte a tutti i quiz, con le relative spiegazioni
