In this paper, we have considered quantitative status on the private and public disposal of regional wastes and their circulatory use by devising some estimating measures of disposal quantity. In addition, we have also considered the points to be improved the present status of waste disposal and waste transaction for circulatory use. We estimated the waste matter from home, enterprise and industry respectively. Industrial wastes which can not treat with general waste were estimated by different ways. The results are follows: the private disposal of wastes from home is not so less though depending on the regional characteristics, the larger share of wastes from enterprise which need fee to dispose is possibly treated as the home wastes which are free, circulatory use of organic wastes is still less compared to other matters. To promote the uses of organic wastes, the development of technology has to be done so as to reduce the cost for transforming the wastes and to raise the market value of reutilized products from them, and the coordination function should be organized to mediate between sellers and buyers of organic wastes and to collect, evaluate and distribute the information for the better utilization of them. The estimating measures presented in this paper would be useful because casual measures for catching the quantity of the wastes are not yet established.
