This experiment was carried out to establish as effective wild oat (Avena fatua) control system for saving labor and reducing production cost in barley field. In case of terbuthylazin treatment after seeding, both of barley and wild oat were bleaching and necrosis. However, weed control value at pendimethalin, propisochlor and isoproturon (5%) very low. Weed control value of fenoxaprop-P-ethyl (7%) was 78-79% but barley yield was reduced by 53% (248 kg 10a-¹) compared to hand-weeding (472kg 10a-¹). Weed control value of fenoxaprop-P-ethyl (7%) and fenoxaprop-P-ethyl (0.6%)+bentazon (30%) at elongation stage of barley followed by propisochlor treatment was 83% respectively.
