Perspectives of using a new grain culture in alcohol production

A possibility of using a new grain crop, Secalotriticum, in alcohol manufacture was studied, which presents hybrid of rye and triticale. Secalotriticum was selected and adopted to a definite region of the Republic Belarus. Technological properties of a new crop were investigated and prospects of its using in alcohol manufacture were manifested.
