The methodological purpose of the paper was construct a theoretical system of partial and synthetic indexes describing the utilizatin of streams of energy inputs complex pig fattening, and then to provide empirical determination of the index values in the experimental part of the paper, followed by confrontation of these values. The cognitive aim of the paper was evaluate the effect of differentiated systems of pig fattening on the level of utilizing the cumulated energy inputs in aetable products of pork carcass
