These investigation proved that deprivation of proteolytic and immunosuppressive properties of Hyperderma bovis antigen proteins significantly raised immunogenic activity of this antigen. Because vaccination trials against H. bovis invasion were not sufficiently effective until now, the ability of raising the immunogenic activity proteins used for the immunization should be take into consideration in construction of possible vaccines
