Study on effects of kinetin and fertilizer rates on the development of sweet corn ear, statistical model was 5*4 factorial in completely randomized design consist of 20 treatment combination. Factor A is kinetin concentration 5 levels 0, 100, 200, 300 and 500 ppm factor B is complete fertilizer (15-15-15) rate 4 levels 0, 30, 40 and 50 grams per tree 3 times application at the age of 20, 35 and 45 days after planting. The result showed that sweet corn ear treated with kinetin 500 ppm + fertilizer 30 grams showed the highest height at the mean of 294.33 centimeter the second was kinetin 100 ppm+fertilizer 30 grams and the lowest was kinetin 300 ppm+fertilizer 40 grams with the mean of 283.00 and 229.66 centimeter respectively. Sweet corn ear treated with kinetin 100 ppm+fertilizer 30 grams had the highest fresh weight the second and the poorest were kinetin 0 ppm+fertilizer 50 grams and kinetin 100 ppm+fertilizer 0 gram with the mean of 293.51 280.19 and 113.53 grams respectively. Kinetin 500 ppm+fertilizer 40 grams and kinetin 300 ppm+fertilizer 0 gram showed the highest and lowest TSS at the mean of 12.33 and 8.00 brix respectively. Sweet corn ear treated with kinetin 500 ppm+fertilizer 50 grams and 100 ppm+fertilizer 0 gram had the longest and shortest ear length at the mean of 21.26 and 16.66 centimeter respectively.
