Protein digestibility was estimated in 15 fish meal and 7 feather meal using 0.2 percent pepsin in vitro (AOAC, 1995). Those samples obtained from commercial suppliers were selected to provide 3 different quality grades according to its proximate analysis. For fish meal of 1st, 2nd and 3rd quality grade, pepsin digestibility were 96.00+-1.42, 94.29+-1.29 and 91.65+-1.11 percent respectively. But pepsin digestible protein of fish meals varying quality grade were almost equal to eachother (98.13+-0.77, 98.11+-0.75 and 97.96+-0.69 percent for 1st, 2nd and 3rd grade respectively). For feather meal of standard and high protein, standard and medium protein and understandard grade, pepsin digestibility were 86.22+-2.62, 72.92+-8.97 and 60.82+-6.11 percent respectivelypepsin digestible protein were 95.10+-2.12, 92.67+-1.96 and 87.48+-0.29 respectively.
