Toxic element contaminants in food additives and in some Bulgarian supplements

The aim of this study was to determine the concentrations of arsenc, cadmium, lead and mercury in food additives and Bulgarian supplements of herbal origin in oder to create an information database for toxic element contaminants in these foodstuffs and regarding these elements to estimate their safety for human consumption.
