It is shown that in cows that have ovarian hypofunction the level of oestradiol in blood plasma is reduced in 4,3 times, the content of progesterone is increased in 2 times and hydrocortisone is increased in 2,1 times. In hypophysis of cows that have ovarian hypofunction there is a reliable augmentation cytoplasm receptors of oestradiol, however in ovaries and the uterus the level of oestragen receptors does not variate. The quantity of progesterone receptors in hypophysis trial animal increases in 1,5 times, and their content in ovaries and the uterus does not variate
