[Increase of work efficiency of a compressor and condenser aggregate of milk cooling installation]

The examinations of influence of development of the shape of the condenser radiator surface and its operation in a composition of modern refrigerator set on efficiency of intensification of milk cooling in milk-coolant with immediate cooling (UM-2500) are executed. On number of the received parameters the developed unit corresponds to parameters, obtained by the best domestic and foreign analogues, and under the specific charge of the electric power on cooling of one l of milk surpasses on 20-25%. Heat exchanger made from flat gilled pipes has more perfect heat exchanging surface. For transfer of equal values of thermal stream heat exchanger made from gilled pipes demands in 1,5 times of less expenses of energy on overcoming of aerodynamic resistance at the specific charge of air of 2 kg/(square м/c). As a result, at use of heat exchanger which made from gilled pipes it can be installed on the fan the engine of 20-25% smaller power. Besides transfer of the set size of thermal stream is provided at smaller overall dimensions that allows to lower weight of the condenser on 20-25%, in comparison with domestic and foreign analogues
