The research have showed that inoculation of winter rye seeds by rhizobacterin on the background of N12P45K60 increased grain productivity by 0.62 t/ha, and by binary mixture of rhizobacterin and phitostimophos - by 0.75 t/ha. Treatment of winter rye crops by growth regulators agrostimulin and emistim C on the background of N 20P45K60 + N50 increased grain productivity by 0.25 and 0.34 t/ha. Application of biopreparations and growth regulators is an important element of resource-saving technologies of winter rye cultivation. The most essential influence has rendered application of mineral fertilizers on the content in grain of nitrogen. With increase in dozes of nitric fertilizers the content of nitrogen in grain which reached its maximal values at application into four draughts (N20P60K90 + N50+20+20) has increased. In this variant of experience there was the greatest general and specific carrying out of nitrogen on 10 c grain in view of collateral production. The content of nitrogen in grain increased due to seeds inoculation of winter rye by rhozobacterin. The content of phosphorus and potassium in grain was more stable and essentially did not change at application of bacterial preparations and regulators of growth. Application of fertilizers promoted some increase in the content of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium in straw of winter rye. However the content of nitrogen and potassium was more essential
