[Forecasting of formation and development of the regional market of work]

The article considers one of the variants of forecasting separate components of the labor marker - forecasting of the personnel policy of the region on the basis of the forecast of development of the branches of economy, for which proceeding from annual number of the personnel on branch within several years and dynamics of the volume's change of the manufacture and the dependence between the level of production and the personnel, necessary for it. On the basis of the given forecast it is possible to define (favorable) and (adverse) branches for development, and also the prospect of need in manpower on the concrete branches of a national economy. The given forecast of development of the regional market of work can be oriented on the activity for maximum and average professional educational institutions, centers of employment, personnel agencies and personnel services of the enterprise
