[Peculiarities of cultural and morphological signs of apple scab agent Venturia inaequalis (coock.) wint. (condium stage Fusicladium dendriticum (wallr.)fuck.), isolated from different type orchards)]

The isolates of apple scab agent isolated from the intensive type and old constructions orchard varieties of Belarus differ by cultural and morphological symptoms. By determining temperature regimes of apple scab agent incubaion it is determined that the optimum temperature for F. dendriticum - 15-18 deg C. The optimum nutritive agar is an apple agar. The fungus mycelium formation on agar surface takes place on the 3-5 day, on the 30-th day of incubation the colony diameter makes 79 mm. For F. dendriticum isolates isolated from old construction orchards 2 morphotypes of colonies structure are characteristic: weak fluffy (33% oi isolates) and woolly (67% of isolates). Growth coefficient -2 and 24, accordingly. Isolates isolated from the intensive type orchards are characterized by 3 morphotypes of colony structure: tomentose (31%), tomentose with the concentric circles (47%) and woolly (22% of isolates). The growth coefficient among these colonies has made 3/,5; 26,7 and 24,0,accordingly
