Research results of selection of resistance genes to tomato cladosporium disease caused by Clasosporium fulvum Cke. were presented. Localization of the specific marker of tomato genetic map was realized on 68 samples of F2 population CGN15339 (Cf-2) X CGN15839 (Cf-6) splitting according to Cf-6 resistance gene to cladosporiosis – 48 resistant: 20 susceptible. Mapping of the specific marker relative to Cf-6 locus was realized with the help of SSR-markers localized on tomato sixth chromosome. Nucleotide sequences of SSR-primers used for the mapping of Cf-6 gene were presented. Testing of the developed markers was realized on the following tomato varieties which included the differential lines: Yablonevyj rannij, Sibiryak, Santa and wild species of Lycopersicon pimpinellifolium (Mill.) Brezh. Results of amplification of tomato DNA with 2-5CF and 2-2Cr primers, amplification of DNA F2 tomato samples with 2-5CF and 2-2Cr primers were presented. On the basis of previously obtained data on localization of resistance gene Cf-6 to cladosporium disease on the sixth chromosome of tomato there were developed the molecular and genetic markers which made it possible to reveal Cf-2, Cf-5 and Cf-6 resistance loci to tomato cladosporium disease which could be widely used in selection programmes for the creation of disease resistant varieties
