Chino. 对菠萝花粉在不同温度处理下的保存时间进行了试验，结果表明，新鲜花粉在28V下干燥4～8h后，投入液氮中保存的时间最长，且花粉生活力最高，花粉平均萌发率在80%左右。从液氮中取出花粉后，直接在0℃放置2h的解冻效果好。而在25℃、4℃、-29℃下花粉保存的时间不超过10d。

The vitality of pineapple pollen stored at different temperature for different time was tested in order to find an advantageous preservation method．The recruits showed that the fresh pollen after being desiccated at 28℃ for 4～8h could be preserved for the longest time when it was put in liquid nitrogen(LN)，its vitality was the highest and its average germination rate was about 80％. The effect of defrosting the pollen directly at 0℃ for 2 hours was better．The preservation time of pollen stored at 25℃ , 4℃ or -29 ℃ was 10 days at most.
