June-July is the peak season of preservatives in retail sales. More than a half of annual sales is completed in those two months. August-September is also strong, but October-November is pre-eminent among indicators of the year's other periods. This is established among others about trends of the category by ACNielsen. In quantity almost half of sales are completed by pickles' preservatives. Those are followed by jamming sugar, jelly-fix, while the smallest are jelly preservatives.
