Reform of the EU sugar market regulation that has already come to the realization stage can be interpreted only within the framework of the complex economic political and trade liberalization processes highlighting at the same time specialities of the sugar world market. Being on of the most regulated food sectors all over the world, the sugar economy is now passing through radical changes in wake of the unilateral, multilateral and regional economic political progressions.
