Resistance to chemical pesticides in the pest insectes are increasing. We must replacing methodes to control pest, uesing biological insecticid and reduced poison. In this project we study effect of chemical and biological insecticide on Agrotis spp larva in dry farming chickpea.Based upon complet randomized blok design with 4 repetition and 5 treatments included 1- Carbaril(WP85%) 2-Dephlobenzeron (WP25%) 3-Virus Agrotis virid remeind in refregrator to 4 years 4- B.t.var.kurstaki 5-Check. In each treatment the determined doses of pesticide mixed with a enough quantity of water and one kilogram wheatbran spread as bait in planted lines of each treatment. Larva population was sampled a day befor uesing pesticide and 5,10,15and 20 days after that too. In each sample we recorded mortality . The data transferred by Handerson – Tilton formula and analyzed in split plat in time method. Means compartion revald that treatment, repetation, time and treatment in time were significant. Rate of mortality by Carbaril, Dephlobenzeron, Virus Agrotis virid and B.t.var.kurstaki in Agrotis larva 87.74%, 48.97%, 51.63% and 65.1% respectively.
