Primary evaluation in sesame segregation generations.

This experiment was conducted in 2001 to evaluate to sesame lines . Tritment consisted of 52 F4 lines , 10 F6 lines and two checks lines ( local Dezful and syntitic line ). The experiment design was a simpel latice 8*8 with two replications . Individual plot consisted of four rows spaced 50 cm. Apart and 3 m. long , phenological characteristics and yield components was recorded , and means were seperated by Dankan Multiple Range Test at 0.05 level of significant . Results of the experiment showed that ( local dezful * karj 1 ) and ( local havaie * panama line ) croses sesame compared to the local variaty of Dezful and syntitic variaty had a yield increase of 7 and 46 percent respectivly. Cultivars number of 47 , 57 , 62 , 60 , 10 and 59 wich had desired botanical characteristices and higher yield and also resistance to diseases are recommended .
