At present, quince as a rootstock for pear is used in the most regions of the world. These rootstocks in IRAN were not Suitable because of shallow roots and deficienty of soil nutrients that followed by decreasing of iron uptake. In this investigation by interstock method and finding of good composition between pear seedlings and quince vegetative rootstocks, this problem can be solved. So, three vegetative quince(A, B, C) as rootstocks were budded on pear Seedling rootstocks. Later, Six Commercial Cultivars of khorasan pears (Ghosi, Tashkandi, Daregazi, Shah Miveh, Natanzi and Shirin Torkan) were budded on these interstocks at height of 30 (cm) from Soil Surface. Results was showed : Each of interstocks had affected on pear cultivars, specially, quince "C" with more Compatibility between rootstock and scion and dwarfing effect in the most of compositions, on the base of recordings, it is proved that using interstock method, because of deep rooting system of seedlings, we can solve high deficiency of iron (Chlorosis) problem.
