This studs’ was conducted to evaluation of 10 promising rape seed lines in paddy field after rice harvesting. All lines evaluated in RCBD design with three replications in Rice research Institute-Deputy of Mazandarans field in Amol. During growth and after harvesting, Agronomical characteristics were measured. Results of Analysis showed that plant height, Number of second branches, Number of pod per plant, yield, Number of plant per square meter and 1000 - Grain weight were significantly different. Mean comparison of trials indicated th “Quantum” had highest number of second branch and Number of pod per plant and plant height. “Quantum”, “ural” and “syn-3” had the highest yield with 23 11.1,1982.2 and 1894.4 kg/ha, Respectively. In this study, “Syn-3” with 49.4% oil content had the highest amount of oil and this variety was early maturity that can be choosed as better genotype
