Effect of mineral and organic compounds modifying spray pH on tralkoxydim efficacy

The aim of this work was to determine tralkoxydim efficacy as influenced by a few salts and hydroxides when added to spray consisting of deionised water and tralkoxydim at 30 g ai/ha. Several adjuvants were tested as additives of this study indicate that most hydroxides and mineral salts greatly enhancing spray pH increased the efficacy of tralkoxydim applied at 30 g ai/ha. Yelow foxtail fresh weight reduction increased as concentration of the most active mineral substances present in spray increased as well as spray pH increased
