The work presents the results of the studies on the effect of laser stimulation on the germination process of buckwheat seeds at different temperatures. Buckwheat seeds, of Kora variety were exposed to laser stimulation with the use of divergent beam methods for two values of surface radiation power density (4mW/square cm and 7mW/square cm) and several series of irradiation. Each tested group consisted of 400 seeds sown on Petri plates. During studies, constant moisture of the bedding and temperature was monitored. The present studies, apart from some increase in the rate of germination and its capacity at 25 deg C for three series of irradiation (4mW/square cm), no significant effects of laser radiation on buckwheat seeds was observed
