Effect of subsoil irrigation on increase of water retention and grassland yielding in small river valleys

Studies were undertaken in a small valley reclamation object on environmental friendly water management that consisted in regulated water outflow and permanent subsoil irrigation. These measures enabled to increase soil retention and the increase of yields of meadow vegetation. Coefficient of technical efficiency of water 0.75-0.82, and coefficient of productive efficiency of water - 13-16 kg/ha hay yield on mm consumed water
