Oestrus reaction and fertility of gilts after various hormonal treatment

Influence of treatment with progestagen, luteolytic and gonadotropin preparation, on oestrus synchronization and fertility in anoestrous gilts were examined. The first group of gilts were treated with Regumate, the second group with Sinhrogal and the third group with gonadotropins (PMSG+HCG). The best level of oestrus reaction (96.6%) and farrowing rate (82.3%) were estimated after progestagen treatment. Treatment with luteolytic preparation is not important for practical using for oestrous synchronization in gilts.
