Consideration of economic aspects of water regulation in region Pancevacki rit (Serbia) are performed. Six technic-technological variants of water regulation are proposed. These variants analyzed from economic aspects, too, as: cost of regulation and operating of objects and trenchworks. Afterwards, this variants appraised using economic validity methods (NSW, IRR, B/C ratio). Profing of solution are complemented with risk analyses. Complexity of investigation is necessary approach, especially in condition of sustainable development.
