The experiment was carried out in farm conditions- the kids for meat production, of the same kind, with two ways of breeding (in the open and on the farms), in two different sites. After the experiment was finished, all the kids (both, females and males) were stuck, and tissue portion in legs and loin was measured. The research showed that muscular tissue portion in legs varied-it was greater with the kids bred on the farms (77.3%), while it was less with those bred in the open (75.03%). The differences can be seen and in bone tissue portion, too. A portion of muscular tissue in loin of the kids bred on the farms was 47.25%, while that of the kids bred in the open was 42.18%. Greater muscular tissue portion in legs and loin of the kids bred on the farms points out that farm breeding is a preferential way of breeding kids.
