Comparison of water infiltration into soil between forest and pasture in a catena on the slope

The paper deals with the change of soil physical properties depending on the location on the slope - the concept of catena. As a variability of soils is high, the aim of the work was to find out an extent of the variability based on a number of necessary measurements. The results should be considered only the first step in the investigation of the topic.
