Increasing of plant population from 64,000, 96,000, 128,000 up to 160,000 plants per rai in ST.1, ST.2 and CM.60 soybean cultivars showed difference of growth, lodging percentages, Leaf Area Index, yield, and yield components. Plant population density 128,000 plants per rai showed the maximum yield (319.15 Kg. Per rai), whereas 64,000, 160,000 and 96,000 plant per rai showed lower yield, respectively, Yield component, such as pod number per plant and 100 seed weight were decreased by increasing of plant population. The recommened plant density 64,000 plant per rai showed the highest pod number per plant (15.7 pods) and 100 seed weight (14.55 g) ST.1 showed the highest pod number per plant, whereas CM.60 showed the maximum 100 seed weight. Leaf Area Index and lodging percentages were affected by increasing of plant population density.
