Systematic studies on aquatic organisms found in Huey Kha Khaeng Wildlife Sanctuary, Uthai Province were divided into two parts, the first part was done on the first year of the studies in the areas of Huey Thap Salao and its tributaries on upper part of Huey Thap Salao while the second part was done on the second and the third years. In the second year, the study was done for most parts of Huey Kha Khaeng and its tributaries except the lowest part. In the third year, the study was done on the lowest part of Huey Kha Khaeng and its tributaries including the lower half of Huey Thap Salao and its tributaries. The second part of this study was a hard and difficult work because most of the stations were very difficult to reach. The investigators, however, had tried to collect aquatic organisms as many as possible in order to gain information, diversity index and also to obtain complete number specimens and other information concerned. There were 9 trips in this study, eight trips for aquatic organisms and water quality, the last trip was done only on water quality which cannot be obtained due to malfunction of the instrument and there were 151 stations in this study. Data analyses to obtain F/C ratio, standing crop and diversity index were done on fish, diversity index on plankton but calculation for others cannot be done due to low numbers of specimens. There were 156 species of fishes found in Huey Kha Khaeng Wildlife Sanctuary and at least three new species will be described. Fish diversity index was 3.528116 standing crop was 16.06 kg/rai and F/C ratio 5.16. Plankton found in this wildlife sanctuary were 209 species and its diversity index of phytoplankton was 2.1367 and diversity index of zoo-plankton was 1.9922. Fourteen species of molluscs, both bivalves and monovalves, six species of shrimps and two species of crabs were found in Huey Kha Khaeng and Huey Thap Salao areas.
