Rice blast pathogen (Pyricularia grisea) 120 isolates from different parts of Thailand, were inoculated to 67 rice cultivars (cultivars with Pi-gene and Thai cultivars) at seedling stage. Data of scoring leaf blast reactions were made into a cluster analysis for the construct dendrogram. The dendrogram shows demonstrates 7 groups of rice cultivars. Therefore, group 2 is highest resistance than others that showed lowest pathogenicity at 0.1 which included Pi-z gene cultivars (Mars and Fukunishiki) and Pi-b gene cultivar (BL-1). The result found that were related with Thai cultivars RD1 and RD11. Group 6 showed highest pathogenicity at 3.7 in this group, which included the susceptible, check cultivars (CO39 and Sariceltik) which were related with Pi-3 gene cultivar. And the popular Thai cultivar, KDML 105 was including in group 7. The summarized showed 3 groups of that blast resistance cultivars : resistance including group 2 3 and 4, moderate including group 1 and 5 while group 6 and 7 were susceptible.
