Approaches for valuation status and using of soils and land resources were investigated. By complex analysis the problems are examined in a global aspect a national aspect and a plan of the subjects to be discussed. Ecologo-genetical genetico-diagnostical and agronomical valuation on the one hand and ecosistematic substatic-genetical and agroecological approaches on the other hand take a special place in the present work. Novel data and results for the strong antropogenic destruction and degradation of soils and decrease of cultivable land in the World were notified. On this ground novel soil groups were included in National classification from 1992 /Regosols and Antropogenic soils/ and in World reference base of soil resources from 2006 /Technosols and Strognosols/. On the basis of present investigations and the methodical principles of FAO new classification according to suitability of the lands for irrigated agcriculture were offered.
