Recipes of mineral-vitamin and mineral supplements for lactic cows of a winter-stalled and pasturable periods with maximal use of local mineral raw material and antioxidative means are developed. Experimental batches of supplements are made. Iinfluence of feeding on metabolism, milk yield and the content of toxic elements in milk is estimated. The toxico-biological estimation of milk is given. It is established that feeding the mineral-vitamin supplement to milk cows during a winter period and the mineral supplement during a summer period promotes increase in a yield of milk in recalculation on milk of 4% fat content on 4,8 and 11,2% accordingly, to decrease toxicants in milk: copper, lead and nitrates – on 8,0, 14,3 and 8,4% during winter period and copper, zinc, nitrates – on 6,3, 7,9 and 3,2% during a pasturable period. Relative biological value of milk of the cows received the supplements was above on 1,4 and 1,8% in comparison with the control. Introduction of the mineral supplement in a ration of cows of experimental group in quantity 100 g on a head in day at round-the-clock pasturable feeding and the maintenance has allowed to increase daily average yield of milk by 11,2% in recalculation on milk of 4% fat content. Due to it has been received milk in addition in experimental group for 2 months of research-77 l on 1 cow, the additional profit in view of cost of supplement has made 23,9 thousand rbl
