In mixed fodders after their development as a result of action of enzymes of a forage and catalysts (ions of microcells) at repeated increase in the area of contact owing to crushing of grain raw material intensively proceed hydrolytical and oxidizing processes of lipids with formation of fat acids, primary products of oxidation of hydroperoxides and peroxides with their subsequent oxidation up to aldehydes and oxiacids. The given processes are in a constant dynamic condition. Mixed fodders for pigs mismatch safety requirements on acid number in 15 days of storage in 20% of cases, and in 30 days - in 40% of cases. Mixed fodders for pigs and poultry where the acid number at their processing makes more than 80% from normative requirements do not maintain guarantee (1 month) term of storage on acid number, and in 2 months of storage mismatch requirements on acid, peroxide and aldehydes number. Granulating and expandering of mixed fodders promotes reduction of a degree of hydrolytical and oxidizing processes. At storage of mixed fodders raw material (oil seed meals, forages of an animal origin, a flour fish, premixes, BVMA) in warehouse in conditions of winter storage there is in some cases an accumulation of products of lipids oxidation up to above permitted standard sizes during a warranty period of storage. In grain fodder within eight months of storage after harvesting the primary products of oxidation are accumulated up to 0,12-0,62% J with formation of aldehydes in some cases.
