[Modern condition and prospects of development of 12 base agricultural organizations of the Minsk area on increase of efficiency of conducting an agricultural production]

A range of measures and suggestions on increasing operation efficiency of the 12 experimental agricultural organisations in the Minsk region is developed. Their aim is to achieve the agricultural production indices similar to those of the agricultural production cooperative Agrohombinat Snov of Nesvizh district. Thus complex programs of development of these organizations and projects of development of modern know-how of production on 2003-2006 with a concrete definition of actions on their introduction in 2004 and 2005 have been considered. It has allowed to evaluate an objective estimation of modern state of agroindustrial manufacture conducting on surveyed objects and to develop system of measures on the further escalating volumes of agricultural products and to increase of efficiency of productive and economic activity. It is necessary to note, that purposeful support, realization of measures on technical and technological reequipment of the base enterprises have provided a significant intensification of branches of manufacture. So, the receipt from realization have increased on the average on 146% at increase in manufacture of milk at 116,6%, a yield of milk on 476,4 kg/heads, manufactures of grain on 1 point/ha on 134,2% and gross output on 118% that exceeds average indices in the Minsk area. In the prime order it is necessary to provide development in base facilities feed production under full need with presence of necessary high-efficiency techniques for forages preparation, and also delivery of dispenser-amalgamators for cattle-breeding farms and reconstruction
