[Investments in technical re-equipment of branches of agroindustrial complex]

Issues of current production and technical potential of I different branches of agro-industrial complex and methods of identifying investment needs are examined. The requirement in fixed capital for the purposes of modernisation and technical reequipment of enterprises and organisations of agro-industrial complex is calculated. Optimum proportions of investment means for development of traditional areas of agro-industrial complex are defined: production of production means, agriculture, processing of agricultural raw material, services to agriculture. As calculations have shown, the total amount of capital investments on their full need for the agricultural organizations will make from above 21,5 trill.rbl, that more than in 2,5 times exceeds opportunities of investment of branch on development of the major priorities according to the developed programs of their technical reequipment for 2006-2010. Calculations have shown, that for realization of modernization and technical reequipment of branches of agroindustrial complex on the nearestI prospects 13 724 billion rbl. capital investments is required, 56,5% from them will be send directly to the branches of agriculture, - 25,6 – to the branch of agriculture-processing of agricultural production, 17,9% - to the sphere of service of agriculture. Besides for performance of the tasks of agroindustrial complex, modernization of the further development of the branches making means of production for agroindustrial complex it is necessary to develop branches as tractor and agricultural engineering industry, production of modern grain-cleaning equipment for processing industry, plant protection measures, veterinary drugs and instruments
