[Informatization of plant growing: the forming of the market of information services]

The task of quality improvement of taken decisions on the all administration levels of plant growing of republic acquires great significance in the present circumstances of the forming of the effective market economy. Among other way of solution of this task there is computerization that is as the systematic use of means of calculating and information technologies in the plant growing for the forming of the complex of information resources and the introduction of information program system providing for the complex support of process of decision making on the base of modern information technologies. As a result of research the database on agrochemical and radiological properties of agricultural land of Belarus are presented. Database contains such agrochemical and radiological indices as the following: acidity, content of humus, phosphorus, potassium, calcium, magnesium, sulphur, set of microelements, radionuclides (caesium and strontium). The total volume of data contains about 1250000 records. Complex of informatization models of plant growing of the republic is considered. Analysis of agricultural lands on indices of soils fertility on all the level of management is done. Models of forming of needs in inorganic fertilizers for farms allow to create documents with information on definite crops, their groups and kinds of fertilizers (winter crops, spring crops, leguminosae, potatoes), land areas (arable lands, hayfield) with definition of the basic, the second crops and crops of the future year
