[Estimation of efficiency of support of incomes of agricultural commodity producers]

Results of the research have shown, that increase in the internal prices has the greatest transfer efficiency of support of incomes at application of the mechanism of support of market prices. On the average for 2000-2005 by all considered kinds of production distribution of public means in the sum 1 rbl. causes a pure gain of the gross income of commodity producer for 1,02 rbl. It is established, that support of market prices has the greatest transfer effect for commodity producers of potato, cattle and milk. The received high values of factors of transfer efficiency of support of market prices are caused first of all by the high world prices for similar agricultural production that means absence of expenses from the side of tax-payers on financing of programs of export grants. Research have shown that even in case of excess of the world prices over internal (for example, it was for pigs in 2001-2002) transfer efficiency of the given measure of support remains the highest among considered. On the average 1 rbl. of the directed public means causes a pure gain of the gross income of a commodity producer for 0,57 rbl.
