[Perfection of poultry feeding is the basis of energy-saving technologies]

At present in Belarus the main question in the field of poultry feeding is the decision of problem of protein maintenance of diets, namely, research of opportunity of restriction of deliveries of high protein components from abroad and replacement them by cheaper feeds of local production. One of the important direction of research is research and estimation of a new high protein feed means and biologically active substances in poultry diets, in particular, local production. Use of feed additives on the basis of microbial proteins, products of rape processing, and also feed probiotics instead of soya and sunflower soil-seed meal in mixed feeds of agricultural poultry in the form of nonconventional feeds promotes increase of the appearance parameters of poultry and is the effective indicator of resource saving technologies. Use of probiotics allows: to raise daily average gains of alive weight of young growth of poultry on 4,9-14,3% and to lower feeds expenses for production of gain of alive weight of 1 kg on 3,5-8,8% in comparison with poultry not fed by probiotic additives; to raise profit on realization of production that promotes reception of additional profit in quantity 204 and 230 thousand rub. on 1000 heads of young growth in comparison with the control. And the direction in research at probiotics creation should be realized taking into consideration complex of biosynthetic properties: creation of vitamins, enzymes, antibiotic substances. Search and studying of new sources of feed protein continue to remain the most important problem of research in the field of feeding of agricultural animals and poultry. Now the great attention is given to investigations directed to development of technologies on processing of by-products brewing, spirit, dairy, sugar, confectionery and other processing production. One of the effective ways of processing of the given products is use of microorganisms for these purposes
