The wide spreading and the damage caused to cattle-breeding economy by eye telasiosis of cattle is the task of detailed studying of clinical signs and pathogenesis of the given disease. In detail having studied a current of inflammatory process at telasiosis conjunctive keratitis of cattle it is established that illness development is characterized by strict sequence of pathological changes in conjunctivitis and eye cornea that has allowed to allocate five clinical disease stages: serous conjunctivitis, aseptic keratitis, rurulent conjunctive keratitis, keratohelcosis and cicatrization. The following stages of development and current of inflammatory process are established at telasiosis conjunctive keratitis: gravity of disease process depends on animals age. At young animals disease is shown in more heavy form as on intensity of clinical implications and durations of current, and on depth of pathological changes, it has more malignant character. As a result of illness one or both eyes are effected. Sick of both eyes occurs, as a rule, simultaneously, but intensity of pathological process in each eye is expressed differently
