According to received results gastroenteric diseases of various aetiology practically always mention a functional and morphological condition of liver. Use of probiotics at cultivation of calves of colostrums-milk period makes positive impact on biochemical indicators of blood, activity of hepatospecific enzymes, promotes assimilation and the best accumulation of mineral substances in organism. So, the sodium content raises on 9,0-12,7%, potassium - on 5,7-7,1%, common calcium, inorganic phosphorus - on 8,9-11,9% and 10,8-14,4% accordingly. Activity of enzymes in whey of calves blood of control group to the 6th day of research has increased a little, and in experimental groups has decreased. Level of aspartat and alaninaminotransferaz in the first experimental group has decreased on 8,9% and 25,7% (Р 0,05), and in the second one - on 8,1% and 8,6% accordingly. Activity of alkaline phosfataza in experimental groups has decreased on 7,9% and 5,3%, in comparison with the control. Such tendency is noted and at the second stage of experience. During this period decrease in quantity of the total bilirubin on 6,1% and on 6,8% (P0,05) in the control is noted also. Between the first and second cycle of application of preparations the interval has made 8 days. For the specified period there was some change in biochemical indicators of blood whey both in control and in experimental groups (14-day calves) towards increase
