The regeneration properties of high-bush blueberry Vaccinium x covilleanum But. et Pl. (V. corymbosum L.) soft cuttings depending on cultivar features and terms of cutting in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus were analysed. The following 3 high-bush blueberry varieties were analysed: Earlyblue (early-ripening); Bluecrop (mid-ripening); Coville (late-ripening). Investigation results showed that the optimal term of cutting provided the highest level of rootage and the highest morphometric indices of the developing plants. The level of shoots readiness for the cutting could be determined visually according to several signs. In the optimal cutting terms the blueberry stalks did not break after bending but sprang and buds were in the quiescence state. Average rootage of studied blueberry varieties depending on terms of cutting, substrate type and its temperature regime was analysed. The average biometrical parameters including the number of shoots, total length of shoots and volume of root ball depending of cutting terms were presented
